Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over PKR 4,000.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. Sale items are final.
How do I apply a discount code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per order.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@oldserene.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan, but we’re working on expanding soon.
